Disgusting & frustrating. This was my 4 th visit. Management problems. I was rushing for my flight from lucknow, & I had 3 rooms booked for my guests. At the reception, I asked them bill it together & swipe the card. The staff said, 1 bill I will take card & 1 I will need cash. I requested to take all of it through card. The manager, bluntly said, get the cash as it is our process. I told him, already checked there are 2 atms nearby are not working. All he had to say is I DONT KNOW, BUT PAY CASH. I ran for possible atms withdrew cash, and closed the transaction. I ran for the my cab & rushed to airport & lucky to get in by just 5 mins. This hotel charges you over 2300rs for an a/c room, better u will get some 3 star room. Never again with this.
