Well they charge random amount and it is through cable operators etc. who charge whatever they feel like charging without any plans etc and keep increasing rental every 2nd or 3rd month like Katiyar Cable in Sarvodaya Nagar does.. Only if there was an option in Kanpur we could have got saved from this malpractice.. Seems like the city of Kanpur will never see Digital India unless Jio Fibre comes here which seems distant at the moment
