Very unprofessional. I went for an ECG in the afternoon and requested for the report to be given on priority. I was promised by the lady at the reception that reports will be given at 6:00pm. But when I went to collect the reports, the staff said the reports are not ready and it will take ten minutes. The report was given to me at 7:25pm due to which the reports could not be shown to Doctor. Had to wait for a hour an a half. The female staff at reception is very rude and unprofessional.
