I bought a Honda AMAZE about two years back from now .I HAVE NEVER TAKEN ANY HELP FROM THE DEALERS..Last week I returned from US after a months stay and realized that I had left my duplicate keys there.It was 18th April I contacted one Mr Bhu Prakash who was very courteous on phone and said that I can come anytime.Straight I went to the showroom and kept sitting in the car ,send my driver and they asked for my service booklet, which he showed , then they asked to lodge an FIR at the police station where I reside.All this took 40 min ,I tried to control myself,then got a call from front desk and then told them that this is how you help your customer, no cooperation at all,GOD FORBID WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAD AN ACCIDENT OR A CAR BREAKDOWN.Dont be carried away by there courteous behavior at the time when they are selling the cars.
