Very friendly staff. Property is well decorated with a cozy lobby. Food is delicious. Service is great. Had gone for lunch with family. They need to get some highchairs for babies and infants. Menu they said will be revised soon, we took the buffet and everything was delicious.

For my recent buisness trip I was booked by my organisation in novotel kn gomti nagar which is fairly new property which started in end of April the recpetion was warm and friendly and front desk was quick to allocate my room keys however was charged for the room on arrival itself which was odd. I was quickly escorted to my room and the person was curteous enough to let me know what facilities are available in the room and if I need anything I there is single number service. Room was spacious with study table sofa and bed since its new property the fresh smell of paint was slightly. Overall it was a good property with friendly staff and excellent services
