Rajiullah ShahCan i give negative ratings? Worst service ever. Picked up the vehicle and waited for the full payment. After full payment, took 5 days to deliver one bike from Lucknow to Noida. I had called multiple times but sometimes they pick up and sometime they didnt. We will deliver within 2 days was the promise. Once the bike entered in their NCR office, they said that the papers are missing, we cant deliver without papers, even when we provided each and every document. My fried is in Police, i took his help. When he called them, then they said ok sir, we will deliver the bike by tomorrow morning. Next day, I waited full day and called 10-15 times seeking status of my bike delivery but the answer was "We will do it today". Finally I got my bike but not in the condition as it was given to them. for saving 500 Rs, i faced these problems. I will have to spend more than 500 Rs for its service now. This was my biggest mistake of choosing these types of packers. Request you all, when needed, please reach out to some professional packers and movers. they might ask 4-500 Rs extra but atleast you will not face these types of problems.
