bikky chaurasiaSapphire movers and packers is worst movers and packers. V had to shift are things from lucknow to Mumbai they promise to delivered in 7-8 days. but inspite of repeated calling they were unable to shift our parcel and it lying in their lucknow office for more than 12 days. peoples over there were giving false informations and promises all over phone .I received my parcel after 25 days and the things were broken inside and they had handled it were roughly. Guyz please do"n give them order as they are very disappointing and ridiculous mover and packers I had ever seen. They onl;y gives false promises,brokens parcel and disappointing results.

somesh khareWorst experience ever. I contacted Santosh (mob - +91 90059 35906 ) from one of my office collegaue reference from TCS lucknow. My household items were packed and taken by this PnM on 2nd July 2017. And it took disappointing 20 days to reach Bangalore( big deviation from the commitment done). Whenever you call this gentleman he always talks like - "Sir bas kal aa jaayega". And please note that all my items when delivered to Bangalore was dumped at the parking lot of my apartment, and when i asked them to unpack all those items in my house they said ki "Sir ye mere kaam nhi hai". After being impatiently waiting for these guys to come i finally booked a service guy from HouseJoy for unpacking and installing most of my luggage. This is one of the most pathetic and patience testing experience i ever had. And this is not all, since two weeks i am asking them to give the recieving amount receiepts to me so that i can claim the same from my company. This guy always says - " Sir abhi mila nhi kya whatsapp.. acha abhi karata hu bas 10 mins". These guys have tested my patience like anything. Please DO NOT CHOSE THESE GUYS as your packers and movers.
