balaji digalaI had a pathetic ever experience in my entire corporate life with this company. Just three weeks ago I contacted this company representative called Ayushi Jain to build a small PPT needed for my company, from the beginning her focus was more on collecting money from customer than actually understanding what is needed for customer . You go with any highlevel requirement she will just say they will do it and give you the quote and ask for advance payment instead of actually understanding the requirements.However I paid the advance trusting her and they worked for 3-4 days silently and upon my request she delivered work-in-progress slides which were not at all good for us. Upon giving our feedback she sounded very unprofessional (blames customers ) and looked more like retorting with our feedback, she finally said that she would rework upon our feedback in next 2 days. But however she did not work, gone absconding and not even responding to our mails or phone calls now. She just cheated us, grabbing our money and time, not even have basic ethics of a corporate professional rather they are professionals in cheating customers. Now you decide what kind of company this is.
