Bad service and experience. It sucks! Last 30 days I have been just wasting my time in talking to the representative and being routed. The 1 800 doesnt get picked up. The processes are so internal staff focused that the whole customer focus is gone. The customer cant talk or reach out to another representative once spoke to a particular one regardless that representative is able to help the customer or not, whether he has responded or not, whether the representative is on off...the customer is left to the mercy of dealing with only that representative... Wont recommend!! Horrible experience, wastage of time

U send me coupon code for booking a flight ticket but when I tried to use that there was no option for filling the code in the app .version & in the web section it said the code is invalid.
