Excellent budget 4* hotel for dine in or staying. It well located with easy accessibility from corporate & institutional hub Sec-62 and Industrial hub Sec-63. Their buffet is very good and decently priced to attract middle class as well. They also offer corporate discounts and have quite a few corporate on their panel. Its restaurant does give feel of high class and with buffet lunch price well within 20USD per person makes it a steal for people wanting those occasional above class dining experience

I had lunch in Park Ascent and i have to admit the food quality was outstanding and also they had a lots of variety in theri food items also in terms of price it is pretty decent!! over all i would give it 8.5/10.
