Not good for those who wants to study!!! Drawbacks of Non AC rooms: •Small rooms with mostly 3 or 4 sitters •Poor toilets and rooms •Students mostly here do smoking and drinking •Low speed from wifi and wifi has high level of filtering and blockage of various sites, including games and education. •Expensive (Rs.85000) and that too in two shifts. •No cold drinking waters •Too much hot in summers •Rats, mosquitoes and insects. •No Refrigerator AC rooms also have same drawbacks but good news is that there are only single sitter rooms. Bad news: •Very very small rooms •Very Expensive (Rs. 1 lakh 40 thousand) •Smoking and drinking •Refrigerator is there but 5 people share one common refrigerator.
