    What is this? There had been no bill regularly but now all of a sudden you have raised this bill. This clearly shows that you have resorted to cheating. I had been regularly following up with you and your office but I was told that the bill will be raised only when the unit becomes operational. Moreover the said amount of Rs. 15 included the chiller/ air conditioner cost. The unit was non-operational and I had not bothered to put it on rent as you had said that the maintenance will be charged once the unit is operational. Had you told me before, my tenant would have not only paid the regular maintenance bill but I would have earned at least Rs.20,000/- per month i.e. Rs. 1,20,000/- and the maintenance of Rs. 78,616/-. Who is responsible for my loss of Rs.1,98,616/-. Will you company pay for this loss. Previously also, I have already suffered on the account of delayed possession from your end and I had not taken any action on the request of your office, but now it seems that your organisation is bent on harassing and duping your customers. It is fault at your end and your office need to pay for the mistake for the illegal bill send by your office.
