shailendra pal singhIf u call them Worst service, you are disrespecting them, call them Pessimal. They just opened a office to show there presence and They do nothing instead of inform you that your consignment has arrived, and if you wish you can take your consignment from their office. They would not deliver.

I wasted my Rs 280 for urgent charge and till now not received my documents. DTDC is also not updating status of consignment. Very poor service of DTDC here at Shahjahanpur
