The staff at Token counter and counter A is helpful and good. Staff at counter B are rude and corrupt. sometime staff at counter B ask for money. I was ask for Rs.500 at counter B. He ask me to go bathroom and give money to his man. I refused to pay then he hold my application and reschedule my appointment for next week. staff at counter C was neutral. overcrowded.

pathetic service ,no manner how to behave with applicant .they dont provide proper info ..on website clearly mention there is no need any documents for re- issue but they rejected my application ...
