The delivery person refused to deliver the parcel to my doorstep and instead asked me to come to him. When I refused, he simply told me that he would not deliver the product and arrogantly disconnected the call. Worst courier service ever.

if there was an option of ZERO star service, I would have given that to it. kept my parcel with them for 10 days, did not deliver it in spite of calling them a dozen times and finally returned my parcel after making me wait.
