Priyanka ChatterjeeSamrat travels charged SERVICE TAX @ 4.9% without providing any tax invoice. According to Service Tax rule Tour Operator can only charge SERVICE TAX on 25% of total tour cost @ 12.36% but they charged composite rate of interest on whole tour cost.
