Good Hotel, Nice rooms & food, not so good service

We booked a family suite, thinking it will b good, but room services r not good as other summit group of hotels...it was opened in March this year, n so it is not loaded with special facilities.. Like we wanted pizza n dey told dat it will not b available, neither noodles due to lack of manpower..the officials should c to it to improve d lacunae of d hotel n so dat more visitors will b dere in their hotel

Steaming hot water in shower.no flow of cold to balance it leaving it surety for one to get burnt.room services dining services not upto the mark.rude staff at dining area.dont try this hotel if u want to be peaceful during ur holiday
