    I visited Darjeeling during October 2016. I booked Darjeeling Taxi thru online for picking us from the airport, sightseeing and drop back to the airport. A token amount was paid in advance. The agency promptly intimated us the name mobile number of the driver and the service till we were dropped back at the airport was very professional and excellent. The driver Jacky (Hemraj) was expert and punctual. Mr.Gaily, keep up the good work

    Darjeeling Taxi Service is one of the Leading Taxi Transporter. Best part is their reasonable cost and good condition of cabs they provide along with family oriented cab drivers.     We enjoyed awesome trips by the Service Provider (Darjeeling Taxis). The condition of our Xylo was also new & in a very well condition. The Driver was also very nice person & guide us throughout the trip. It was a very nice experience for us. We will remember our trips forever.

    Mostly during peak season they fail their commitment 90% time, if contacted directly. So try to contact them through a Travel Agency or at least the best would be through your hotel manager.

    You can book them, but there is never anybody to take a phone call to help you. So if you want to talk to someone, no one is available. They dont even have the right numbers on their website, so the only number which is there , no one picks up. So if you book be careful because you will not be able to speak to any one.
