Asok BandyopadhyayThe employees here are sympathetic and helpful, but the counter for customers are on the outer side of the building, as a result the customers have to que in the hot summer without fan and without any seating arrangement.However, considering my age they allowed me to seat inside. BSNL should arrange for proper seating arrangement for all customers.
