I purchased a Carrier Split AC on 02-Feb-2017 from Great Eastern, 21, Hemanta Bose Sarani, Kolkata and paid in full in advance. They committed delivery within 10 days. After 15 days they say the product was shipped from godown though no one appeared at my premises. They are holding my money and the staff are telling lie.
