I have e-mailed the manager along with NRI branch at least five tomes for my ATM cards and check book so far the Branch Manager never replied. I am still waiting. Very bad customer service, branch manager does not care. I made a mistake opening an account in SBI Sodepur branch. Avoid SBI.

It is a important brunch of SBI. There are many helpful staffs are here. The thing which is great, ( The passbook update machine) is here opposite side of the bank named E Corner SBI. It is open for 24 hours.
