Very bad experience. They have zero salesmanship. Extremely rude behaviour. Knowledge about features of geared cycles very poor. I told that at least tell me the Model names of the Montra cycles so that I can look up the features visa vis cost online, they were even unable to do so. Probably their monopolistic market share in this area have made them like that, but I am sure their attitude will do a lot of damage to their sales especially for the slightly expensive cycles. I will never ever visit their shop and will also tell others not to go to them. Better to go to Bentinck Street for cycle shopping.

There no other cycle store within 10 kms and that attitude clearly reflects. Customers seemed to be burdain on there head. No wonder why this kind of of shops are bound to extinct against modern store and e retail companies
