Ananya ChakrabortyI am a regular customer of this shop. Recently, I had a bad experience here as a staff was rude and he snatched a book from me while i was viewing it. A customer has every right to check his/her item before purchasing it and a staff should respect this right. On asking about certain books he ignored and showed his attitude. He was also misbehaving with other customers. Otherwise, the shop is one of the best in the area and offer attractive discounts. I would have given 5 stars but disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. I will recommend and continue to visit here only if their customer service improves.

Debraj MidyaIt is a very well known book stall. I never faced that, they do not have a book. Their book stock is very large. Any kind of book are available there. They also offer great discounts on graduation course books.

Ratnaswar DasOn present the book shop has been extended so it is more easy to buy books. Almost find every standard book with standard price. Books on uncommon subject is not available sometimes. Foreign books are tough to find here.
