Worst experience ever. Booked for kolkata to dhaka direct. After haridaspur, bus was changed. Changed bus was horrible. Also the service was not direct. We had to hand-pull our own luggage while crossing borders. Such a direct and cross country "sauharda" service. Bus coordinator of first bus which took us from salt lake to haridaspur was super rude. Worst.

Most disgusting experience I have ever made. They are so damn rude, unsocial, lack of manner, cheat, charges excess money than others, fraud, of course poor service, they even pocket our money .Staffs need to learn how to speak with a woman (especially staffs from kolkata counter Marquis street) I literally felt like calling police! I am saying all this just to let you know guys that there are far more good services than shyamoli (like greenline) just have a look at those. They act like they are the boss in this industry , Why? they treat passengers like servant why? because they are well known? have a lot of demand? because we do not have time to take a look at new bus services? WORTH YOUR MONEY PEOPLE . YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HAVE A VALUE !

Just arrived from siliguri to kolkata today. Good service, AC was comfortable as per winter. We were provided A blanket / a water bottle(500 ml) a small biscuit packet . Driving was superb, except some bad road condition troubled a bit. Just surprised how I reached my destination so quick. We started at 7.15pm at siliguri and get down at kolkata at 6.55 am in the morning, very punctual.
