Internet service is good but customer service is funny. It looks like they do not know about how to handle customer. Bhaskar Manna did not know about his position in company. As an IT and SUPPORT Consultant, I think that they need proper guide before sitting this chair. Support is a unique feature which helps to grow a company. So they are front of company. Sourav Das another agent who is over smart and try to give false excuse to customer. He did not know manner even. I think as a pvt. LTD company it will effect his reputation. Please take care.

They should increase the speed based the prices they are taking from the customers. Service is quite good but the speed they are offering is too low comparing to other broadband service providers in the city.

Gives me a speed of 150kb/s. Connection goes off and it takes approximately 5 hours to reconnect! Worse. Big mistake of my life!!

Everyday after 10-30 /11 PM the Internet connection frequently goes off and comes back within 2-3 minutes.This is a regular thing that I reported to customer care,number of times but No Result. Pl take necessary steps to resolve the problem.
