It is pretty disheartening (to put it modestly) to be subject to the kind of high handedness that we, the residents of Siddha Galaxia, have experienced in the recent past. It seems that avoiding an issue is the best way to address it, is the management philosophy of this reputed group. Even after umpteen follow ups and requests from us, for a face-to-face meeting to discuss several pertinent issues, the group-management appears to be totally unmoved. Hence we, the unfortunate residents, have only our plights for company. The contrast between the image portrayed by the marketing team at the time of sale and the reality is very high. In short, I am forced to introspect on my decision to have invested here.

Please avoid only good marketing. The experience after that will be extremely painful.. please avoid... no solution still in 7 months... management does not respond to residents concerns ... horrible experience
