    A Horrible miss management & unprofessionalism. Today i have gone to Kestopur Suraksha for some Test like USG & Blood Test..7.30 hr waiting time with empty stomac.After Repeatedly informing to the stuff also, they dont pay proper attention to solve. They dont bothered about customer waiting time. Event like ,After USG no tissue paper to wipe out gel,Stuff are quarling with husband loudly in front of the pt & front office stuff are really worthless. Entire bunch is full of non professionalism people. Most of them have dont proper Medical knowledge also. My experience is worst..

    Worst lab.unprofessionalism to its peek. No experienced crew members.apathy is vivid in their work culture. Very sad state for a hospital industry.

    Very bad experience. Staffs are all fraud. Services r fully unexpected bad. ECG STAFFS ARE ALL UNEDUCATED. They are not present.

    Most unprofessional behaviour illiterate workforce i hv ever seen in my lyf. Its just just harassing people. My husband explained hundreds of time to the lady in reception Sayontani Dutta to check the prescription before billing but she confidently generated the wrong bill. Later we checked with the floor manager n the their supervisor who checked with other doctor. After the doctor confirmed they agreed to change the prescription. Just becaise we were aware of the pregnancy test type we were able to identify the fault. Its nt possible for a layman to understand all this n we completely rely on these agencies or labs for tests. Bt i beleive from now onwards we cant do that. Very illmannered and also they are not aware of the company policies n medicinal terms. I guess this lady should be terminated. Or atleast should be given strict punishment. I will nt recommend this center to anyone. Also when we highlighted they said that we are creating scene. This is saranika.... one of the harassed patients when i m 9.5 months pregnant.
