Trin trin himanshuAs per the past reviews I got to know that the "service of this indane gas distributor is worst and the lady sitting there is so rude" and everyone were advising not to take connection from the same,,,,, But as per my experience following thing happened :- I have transferred my connection from keshtopur to this distributor, so I went there with all the documents on Saturday, Saturday closing timing is 2 pm but I reached there around 2:45 pm then lady sitting there politely told that working hour is over and told to come on Monday and asked me to show all the documents so that there will not be any problem for me on Monday,,,, Then I requested her to please do the same at that time only, then after some time she agreed and very quickly she told to fill the form and submitted all the document and more over she has provided the original bill with vat no for Rs 147.50 as transfer charge. So according to my opinion the comments on the service and the lady sitting there is not correct as their service is so gud (it took only one day for gas delivery) and their staffs are polite... I have written this long para so that others wl not be misguided and one more thing talk to them politely so that they wl be able to serve u in a better way.. Thanks

Preetam BagchiHave had a pleasant experience. Our connection dates back to 1976. However, our house was unoccupied since last 2 years so no booking was made in last 2 years. Had to apply for reconnection as well as change of customer name. The same was done in 1 day and the lady had been very cooperative.

Vineet TiwariI am rating one star as i have no option to make it a zero. Worst customer service ever got. The support staff there, she is so rude and does not have any work ethics. Support staffs are supposed to greet their customers properly and she is just south to that.
