very poor customer service. getting less than 1Mbps speed for last 11 days. Contacting customer care everyday but of no use. BSNL is far better in respect of service.

Pathetic service. Internet stops after every hour and starts again . God knows what they do in business hours. At night problem is same. Cust care did not pickup phone at night.
