The only thing good about the shop is the location. Everything else is terribly bad. Items are overpriced, not much variety and whatever little they have they take a long time to show. My wife had purchased two Philips LED battens on July 01, 2017 Saturday.. and they did not include either of the two mounting clips with one of those. We found out on the following day (Sunday) when the electrician came to fit. And they are closed on Sunday. They are an inefficient and untrustworthy business. Avoid! You get better deals and better service online.

This shop is for exclusively designed lamp shades of all most all kinds. Here you will get from antique-looking lamp shades to most modern trendy ones. Salesmen are helping and amicable. Payments can be made by cash or cards. It is most conveniently situated opposite to Minto Park just on the southeast corner of the crossing between Sarat Bose Road and A.J.C Bose Road. Visiting the shop is a treat for your eyes and heart.

We purchased lamps and chandeliers from Mahal Lamp Shades in AJC BOSE ROAD in Kolkata .I will highly appreciate its quality ,service and customer relation management .In 2015 we went and purchased lamps there after we had browsed through their ad campaign in the paper .We went and their unique collection dazzled our eyes .We haggled for pricing and they agreed upon the price .They gave us customised product as we wanted variation .They sent personnel to fit the lamp and it was free .After a few days we found that one or two bulbs were not illuminating rightly .They again sent and he carried light and fitted .For service they sent us mail and demeanour wise they are cool and good enough .We will again buy lights as they give discounts and as old customers we will get discounts for sure .If you go,you find scintillating ,dazzling ,amazing ,astonishing ,wonderful ,exquisite ,marvellous collections .If you go there you see variations of chandeliers and you can buy for decorating houses ,during marriage and parry .You can take products on rent too)
