Utterly horrible.. Nobody willing to co operate.. Fine is levied for unexplained unknown reasons.. Change of address inter state took more than 8 months.. Made to visit only to give revisit orders.. One moment someone gives hope of relief and next moment shuts you out without reason.. I can give a mail officially if government willing to listen..basic human treatment is denied..

People who worked there were quite good until recently when the old staff got transferred to the Salt lake Dept. The new staff of the Beltala especially the back log Dept are the worst kind of people I have ever met. Neither are they efficient nor do they know to respect women. Ill mannered and incapable. They will harass you.

Very very bad experience always..Its very difficult to complete any work on own..The work process is not clear to people..The staff response is bad..The middleman will start disturbing as soon as you reach the place..It takes several days to even renew the vehicle road tax..The Government should develop the infrastructure and help the citizens to the get rid of so many problems faced.

Worst experience full of idiots I am going there for the last 25 years but nothing is changed earlier the interior was very untidy and full of middlemen taking money for all the work which can be done individually now, also the condition remains the same only the interior is upgraded and the clerks are asking money for a simple job.
