Yogesh GoelVery bad experience. They are handling the Forum project in which i booked a flat. When u r thr to buy they will even go to ur house to collect the cheque/payment. After that u run after them. To cap it all when u would have got possession they start behaving as if they do not know u. That time u r their biggest criminal. If u have any problem with the project they will never help out. Come on man you have taken money and you r responsible to handle any problem we face. Very much obvious there is nothing beyond money for u. You r here to do pure business and for u to hell with the people who buy through you. If one can avoid then you should avoid this property management group. Simply the worst of all.

Pranab GhatakHello Friends, Pioneer Property management Ltd is not to be trusted. It is is a very cheap standard, zero ethics and spoiled morale brokering company. Their only motto is to trap you with false information and collect the money on behalf of the Developers. They do not care if the developers are not loyal or if they cheat you. Once money is taken, you will never again see their faces. They will definitely misguide you and do not expect any true guidance from them. I have lodged a case in consumer court against the developers. Bet the true CULPRIT is PIONEER.
