A horrible hospital. Ill-mannered, disrespectful staff. A helpdesk is supposed to help the patients and not cause unnecessary problems and discomfort.

The food service is terrible for the rates they charge . They provide outsourced , unhygienic sweets as a part of the meal in the twin room. Not enough, nursing staff . also very noisy and scold patients. rude receptionists.the only saving grace is the housekeeping standard!
