Safari TravelsA Cheat and a fraud Company " JHAVERI TECHNOLOGIES" of Mr Sanket Jhaveri who has been making money by cheating people selling fake data on Mobile Numbers and running a business of Bulk SMS promotions We safari travels have been using their services from last couple of months.We found the Data and the mobile number they provide belong mostly of Rickshaw Pullers of Kolkata or the car and Taxi drivers. Upon complaining to them they provided some data of small and medium businessman of kolkata. upon delivering our promos to the numbers provided the result was not at all responsive.We have purchased 2 Lac number of bulk sms from their sales personel Mr Shailendra Kumar Shaw vide invoice number AUG/2012/0444 dated 11 Aug 2012 for an amount of INR 11798 and the said amount was paid to the company by cheque number 257949 drawn under The Federal Bank Limited vide MR dated 11/09/2012Dear All, we previously had a credit of arount 35000 numbers of SMS promo and this 200000 was an add on to it amounting to the number of 235000 un utilized number of SMS in our account. on 6th Of November 2012 an e mail was sent to us from them with a title "Tentative Information on Increase in price of Bulk SMS by telecom operators" where it says - At this time, we feel compelled to inform you regarding an inevitable price revision, due to a sudden increase in the bulk SMS rates by the telecom operators in India owing to a court Ruling: With this mail keeping as the refference these cheater have deleted the balance amount of 2,35,000 numbers of account and demanding an additional amount of rupees 80000 (Eighty Thousand) + the service Tax.Upon their demand we refuse to pay them this amount as we have already paid the amount on the bulk sms purchased from them. Friends why should we bear the hike in cost by the Goverment and it was a deal that was already closed with full and final payment. This fraud company has already enjoyed on our money once.They can ask for higher price on any new purchase if made from them and NOT on the old deals which has already been closed. Also we asked to atleast refund our amount of 11798the same was refused by Mr Sanket Jhaveri who claims to be the owner of the company " Jhaveri Technologies" as the invoice to us bears his signature.STAY AWAY from this fraud company ... Can anyone atleast help and support us to get our money back from them if any evidence of invoice and receipt on this transaction required you may wrtieus on our email
