Went there to buy a card for my friend. Was not sure about the matter so I requested the cashier to allow to make a call to my friend as I was not carrying my cellphone. Which he did not allowed. So i bought the card and gave to my friend which unfortunately was not what he was looking for, I called the shop for replacement of the card with the same amount but the guy on the phone said that they will not replace the card even after knowing that I had called him back in 15 minutes and there was no harm done to the card I purchased. He was very rude and when I asked him to hand over the call to the manager so that I can request him for the same, he hung up the phone straight away without even checking if the manager was there. FIRE THIS GUY BECAUSE HE WILL RUIN YOUR BRAND WITH HIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
