Long Queue instead of having green channel..Service manager is the busiest person here as he is responsible to do most of the job here and you have to wait 30 min. at least to submit an application to him. With due respect to the branch manager sir he is more interested in opening SBI mutual funds ,sbi insurance policies and current accounts. You will find a young and efficient SWO and a mam there to do your job swiftly.
