There is no such pg of this name in between college more and sector-V electronics complex. It is far away located. So please be careful when calling. I faced very much problem and rooms are far far worser than the photos.

This owner is running 7 PGs under the name of Fine Guest House. I have stayed in one of it. Room service is good and punctual. Quality of room and food is average. But the worse part will come when you leave this PG and ask for the security deposit money. You will never get it back though it is refundable. I have continuously tried since past two months to get my money back sacrificing mobile bills but ended up with no result. In the mean time I came to know that this is a general problem and the only way to manage security deposit is not to pay Rent for the last month, when you know this is your last month. Tips: 1. Do not agree to pay any money without receipt. 2. The owner used to behave very politely till you are there in PG, don’t trust his voice, try to collect document Proofs. 3. Do not pay Rent for the last month; tell them to adjust it with security deposit. Good Luck!!!
