Goomtee is an amazing holiday destination. It is nestled in beauty and calm. Flowers line the pathways near the resort, and the walk along the tea bushes and waterfall is a blissful experience. Mist comes along time and again to lend itself a mystical feeling. The stay itself is luxurious in the wood crafted decor. The staff is courteous and brings in awesome meals - specially selected for the mindful. A treat for everyone !

Peace, beauty, fresh air, mountains and the goodness of tea. What else would you want? A retreat, very definitely. An old British era tea estate bungalow, all wooden flooring and fire places. Each room looks out on to a beautiful lawn. Flowers bloom like madness. Elderly cook called Prem cooks perfect veg meals - like mom made, only better.

I had the most pleasant time staying in this magical sanctuary among one of the most important tea gardens in Darjeeling. Excellent teas, foods and attendance... It was wonderful experience. The property is well maintained and people are very cooperative. It was first opportunity for family members to stay in Tea Garden. Everyone was rejoiced and trilled. Tea testing was fantastic experience. Homely food cooked by Premji was very delicious. Scenic beauty from resort is amazing. Ashokji provided all necessary support.
