Terrible experience. Especially at night. Inspite of telling them repeatedly to stop at a particular stoppage, they dont follow. Neither they can be reasoned nor they can be contained. They will literally do whatever they want. Absolute nightmare if you are stuck in six feet under water. Go by train but dont go by SBSTC, ever. Because, sometimes you will run out of emotions to even regret.

Most of the buses take more time than their scheduled time. They stop at several non-bus stop areas.For example, a bus from midnapore(27th may, 2017 at 6.30) reached Hestings after 3hr 30min. There is no value of time of sbstc.
