This is the nicest park in Murshidabad District. It is large and well maintained. More features are being developed. For wildlife enthusiasts there are many species of birds to be seen in the surrounding lake. For foreign tourists note that the opening time is 11am. Also despite what the rules and regulations board says, you can not take a camera into the park(although a phone camera is okay!).This regulation needs to be reviewed by a sensible person with authority. Children are not permitted to play football or cricket in the wide open spaces. If not for some silly rules the park deserves 5 stars.

It is an amazing place with lots of activities for children. The light and sound show is worth a watch. The sunset view is just superb and the clock tower gives a 360 degree view. All in all an amazing new place coming up with lots of innovations and natural beauty.
