Place is tidy, one have to keep patience for there token, officers are helping, they provide solutions instead of creating prblms. But one should keep it mind that you must carry sufficient documents for applying fresh or re-issue, you sould have at least two proof of address, two for DOB, passbook with recent transaction, id card of your parents for fresh passport at least two for each of them, because you never know that takes place there, so be prepared.

Excellent. Conveniently located opposite pandri bus stand with decent parking space. The office is in the second floor with photocopy, tea coffee facility. Waiting area may become crowded. When we went in the morning our job was done in less than 45 minutes (maybe because it was our 3 year olds passport application)
