Due staff , poorly managed and maintained. Warm clothes provided were dirty and smelly. Less then .25 inch of snow on floor. Highly priced..not recommended.

Excellent place for snowing experience within city life. Visited on Xmas with family. All of us enjoyed a lot. All required dress included in entry fee except shocks.

Experience is not that good compared to the entry fee of ₹ 499 per person. Equipment and dresses are not well maintained.

They offer good experience, bit costly, specially the winter gears are not enough, in particular the shoes and gloves. One should make sure to bring their own woolen caps, socks and preferably leather gloves.
