Sunny RavindranHad a lovely experience staying here. I stayed overnight only and still, I can say that everything about the place was wonderful. The room was spotless and cozy. I must say that it was refreshing to finally find a place which had the perfect temperature, at least for me!. The next morning was even better as it brought with it, the great Novotel breakfast experience. There was both a breakfast buffet and a live kitchen. The breakfast options ranged from North and South Indian to Continental. The chicken sausage and scrambled eggs were very well made. Pepper bondas and the South Indian breakfast items were perfect and it was a small surprise to taste some perfectly cooked and authentic tasting sambar and chutney, considering that the place was Kolkata!

Asif IqbalGood hotel. Have free breakfast and wifi. Rooms are spacious with proper view. But somehow lacks the aura of a five star property. There is always some work ongoing on the side porches.

Prateek AgarwalExceptional place. Very modern and befitted with beautiful interiors. The poolside was maintained well and elegant in design. I was there for a conference and was awestruck with the vast lobby and courteous staff. I will come again to try the bar and the restaurant.

Prateek BhargavaGreat property and nice rooms.Great ambience too. However,the hotel is let down due to unprofessional sales personnel.We had a big event here and they turned back on agreed upon arrangements as they were not documented during our pre event discussions. Food served in restaurant was good and had a wide spread,but banquet food was compromised and agreed upon menu was not served.
