Although station is clean and well maintained but trains are dirty, wash basins are full of guthkha and pan masala. Reservation coaches are not secure, you have to fight for your reserved seat. Indian Railway Should take look in those matters.

The Station is actually very clean and spacious. There is ample space to wait for your train and there are around 10 charging points in the waiting area(all of them at one place though). The cloak room is always shut. Upper class waiting room is nothing special though.
