Worst experience ever. Like said by few others, they DONT pick up our calls. Even worser when they dont make an attempt to pick up my product, but then send message saying that they did . I did not choose to use ecom express. Had a scheduled pick up of a Flipkart product that has to be replaced. If given a choice i will never ever go for this courier service. And i wudnt suggest this to anyone either.

worst service! there is no proper contact no. information and the no. which Main branch gave when i contacted them that person doesnt even pick the call. not even worth to give one star!! just because am not allowed to post this review without rating am forced to give one star.
