    Stay and views are wonderful. Swimming pool is well maintained. Room service can be improved. Restaurant offers great tasting food but not that great service. You could be easily ignored if some large group has bookings with you. Waiters in the restaurant do not understand Hindi or English properly... chances of getting wrong orders.

    The location of the hotel is superb. Though the hotel needs a renovation. But special consideration to the hospitality. It was amazing. The hospitality of the staff made our trip a memorable experience. The GM was very helpful and managing things very nicely. Mr. Lino and Mr. Arun in restaurant we very humble & enjoyed feeding us well. Thank you guys for the great experience!

    Awesome experience. Staffs are very friendly. Food is good. Environment is good. Little away from city.

    The best part of the hotel is the pool and the incredible lake view from, i think, all rooms. The property is a bit old and needs renovation - but the rooms are big and I liked the rustic charm of the place. The hotel is about 20 km from Alleppey and you have to rely on Google maps to reach the place as no signboards there on the road except one at the entry road. Food average- could do with some non-veg on the breakfast menu. Staff friendly.

    Its a very average offering in terms of food and any amenities mentioned by them. Almost felt to run away fron there. Maybe the package attractive for couples more.

    Amazing view! Superb location, very scenic. Pristine serenity. Good food, ambience, experience.

    Resort is awesome with beautiful scenic. Pool adjacent to Back water feels wow. If it rains a beautiful experience. Overall a definite hotspot for people who really wants some privacy and enjoy their stay. most of visiting spots are just close by 10kms

    The infinity pool view is the best thing about this Hotel. Food was good and overall stay was nice.
