Sanjay really explained everything to me and we weighed the pros and cons of different models. He spent time making sure features of the bike that fit my needs. I covered around 14000 km on my Scott MTB without any issues. Recently I decided to upgrade my bike and consulted Sanjay once again. I wanted a high-spec road bike, but I had a pretty firm budget that I had to stick to. He asked me tons of questions and made some suggestions. It was very clear that his goal was to find the best bike for me. I felt like this place really cared that I had the right bike that fit my budget.
