Went there recently for a orthopadic check up in OPD. Waiting time was not too long for OPD. Overall it is systematic. They contacted me over phone on a question I asked. Doctors could have been bit more friendly.

Narayana multi speciality hospital is located on Jessore Road near Barasat, Nth 24 Pgs, WB. It is not a very standard hospital with lack of infrastructure & care. The billing often is much higher in comparison with the service. Doctors are often not available to get details of the paitent.

Staff behavior is very bad....amar baby high fever er jonno admit chilo 2din thik o hoyegiyechilo just antibiotic er koekta dose baki chilo next din sokale dischrg er kotha hoyechilo bt kono paribarik karon e amra sedin i ratre dschrg ni....den ami bari ese puro antibiotic er course complete o koriyechi bt dschrg er din thik moto baby ke guide ba prescribe kora hoi ni....ekdom helpfull na sudhu takar khela......
