One day it is 1:30 pm and other day it is 2:15 pm, it is nothing but harassment for people who visit bank in second half. This is a Govt. Of India undertaking, whose higher ranked officials defrauded bank in cooperation with Mr. Vijay Malla for personal gain and later arrested.
