Rahul M RaoThis place is run by personnel who have no sense of customer oriented business operation. No guarantee of products bought here, No Return or Exchange policy and of course the products are expensive. I bought a product which turned out to be a fake & counterfeit that broke after a first use. And you have no way to recuperate your loss. I hope the place alters its direction to customer focused. Please find an alternate dealer for genuine or even reasonable products.
